This blend of ingredients, including Flaxseed, Rooibos Leaf, Cinnamon Bark, Dandelion Root and Liquorice Root, will give you a gentle colon cleanse which will help flush toxins from your system. Cacao Nibs are a natural source of antioxidants and Fenugreek Seed helps to increase healthy digestion.
Directions:
Shake the pouch to distribute the tea evenly. Add 1 heaped teaspoon (3 grams) of the loose leaf Colon Cleanse Tea to a strainer/infuser then place into a cup (250 ml) of freshly boiled water for 3-5minutes. Remove strainer and enjoy warm or chilled over ice.
Drink:
Drink 1 cup in the evening about 1 hour before bedtime.
