EV Pre-Purchase Inspection

Buying a used electric car is different from buying a petrol car. The battery is the most expensive component, and you can't judge it by looking at it. The car's own dashboard reading comes from the manufacturer's software, which varies between brands and can be optimistic. German Precision's EV Pre-Purchase Inspection covers both the whole vehicle and the battery. Two inspections, one visit, one price. Klaus comes to the car, wherever it is in Melbourne or regional Victoria, so you don't need to arrange a drop-off. What's included 1. Full vehicle inspection Engine and under-bonnet inspection, plus electronic fault code scans Under-vehicle check: chassis, suspension, brakes and running gear Full interior and exterior condition report Accident damage and previous repair identification PPSR check covering stolen, written-off, finance owing, registration and recall status Detailed written report with photos, usually 38 to 52 pages A phone call from Klaus to walk you through the findings 2. Independent AVILOO battery health test Independent state-of-health reading, not the car's own estimate Diagnostics down to individual cell voltage level Battery management system, sensor and communication checks Realistic range assessment based on measured data Benchmarked against a global database of more than 500,000 tests A certificate you keep, verifiable by QR code Takes about three minutes, with no driving and no charging required How it works Book your inspection. Send the car details, seller information and location, and we arrange everything directly. We come to you. Mobile inspections across Melbourne and regional Victoria, with no drop-off needed.
