Overview of the Accelerator - Lactic Acid Bacteria Serum
The "Worker Bee" of the microbial world. Our Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB) Serum is a professional-grade, high-concentration microbial inoculant designed to dominate the soil microbiome.
Hand-crafted in small batches using traditional KNF techniques, this pure serum is the ultimate tool for rapid nutrient cycling, pathogen suppression, and leaf-surface health.
The Kai Kai Difference: Pure LAB vs. EM-1
While many general inoculants (like EM-1) offer a broad mix of microbes, our LAB Serum is a concentrated specialist. By focusing on a pure, high-density Lactic Acid Bacteria culture, we provide a more aggressive tool for:
Rapid Nutrient Solubilisation: Specifically effective at making phosphorus and calcium bio-available.
Aggressive Pathogen Competition: Outcompetes harmful bacteria on leaf surfaces and in the root zone.
Instant Odour Neutralisation: The "gold standard" for managing compost piles and pet waste systems.
Key Benefits:
Plant "Vaccination" (SAR): Triggers Systemic Acquired Resistance, helping your plants build natural defenses against powdery mildew and leaf spots.
Microbial Digestor: Speeds up the breakdown of organic matter, transforming raw amendments into plant-ready food.
Phosphate Unlocker: LAB produces organic acids that "unlock" phosphorus bound in your soil, fueling bigger blooms and stronger roots.
Shelf-Stable & Bio-Active: Cultured with local Tamborine Mountain inputs for a resilient, Australian-adapted microbial profile.
Application & Usage Guide
Our LAB Serum is highly concentrated. A little goes a long way.
Foliar Spray: Mix 1ml–2ml per 1L of de-chlorinated water. Apply weekly to coat leaves in a "probiotic shield."
Soil Drench: Mix 5ml–10ml per 10L of water to recharge the soil microbiome after heavy rain or transplanting.
Compost & Bokashi: Dilute 20ml per 1L and spray over new compost layers to accelerate decomposition and eliminate smells.
Seed Soak: Dilute 1ml per 1L to improve germination rates and protect young seedlings.
The "Living Soil" Choice
Unlike mass-produced laboratory microbes, our LAB is brewed in small batches on our farm. We use the traditional milk-and-rice-wash method, ensuring a diverse range of local Lactobacillus strains that are "ready to work" in Australian conditions.
