Sour Diamond Ring – Swedish Fruity Candy

Meet the Sour Diamond Ring. A chewy, fruity Swedish candy dusted in sour sugar. It looks like a ring. It eats like a sour gummy. A sparkling treat for weddings, parties and any table that needs a little shine. This is a new star in the pick and mix. The shop calls it the new STAR and wedding candy for summer 2026 for a reason. The shape reads as jewelry. The coat reads as sour. Guests pick one up, smile, then go back for another. Fruit comes first, then the tart dust. Citric acid and malic acid give the pucker. Sodium malate and sodium citrate keep that sour even from the first ring to the last. Natural flavors carry the fruit. Color comes from plants and pantry: spirulina, carrot, black currant, caramelized sugar and paprika extract. No loud dye list. Just a jewel tone on a small ring. The chew is starch, not gelatin. Sugar and glucose syrup build the body. That is why the label can say gluten free and gelatin free. There is no beeswax in this recipe, so the sparkle is the sour sugar, not a wax shine. Slide one on a finger for a photo if you want. Then eat it. The ring holds its shape, then yields. Sour on the outside. Fruit in the middle. Clean finish. They look good in a glass jar, on a dessert table, in a favor bag or mixed with hearts and bottles. Put a scoop next to strawberry hearts and the table tells a story: rings and hearts, sour and sweet. Kids treat them like treasure. Adults treat them like a joke that tastes good. Either way the bowl empties. Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, starch, acids (citric acid, malic acid), acidity regulators (sodium malate, sodium citrate), natural flavors, concentrates from (spirulina, carrot, black currant), caramelized sugar, coloring (paprika extract). Gluten free. Gelatin free. Made in a facility with gluten, dairy and nuts. Shared equipment means traces are possible. Anyone with celiac disease or a dairy or nut allergy should read the statement and decide for themselves. Use them for a wedding sweet table, a birthday bowl, a bachelorette mix or a Saturday candy bag. They travel well if you keep them cool and dry. The sour coat can fade if the bag sits open in heat, so seal it after you pour. A ring you can share. Fruity. Sour. Swedish. Ready for the party and ready for the bag you pack the next morning.
