Sour S-Ovals Watermelon Swedish Candy Gelatin Free

Sour S-Ovals Watermelon Swedish Candy brings a juicy summer twist to classic Swedish sour sweets. Each oval is soft and chewy, finished with a tart sour coating that hits first, then opens into bright watermelon flavour. These S-Ovals are made without gelatin, so they suit shoppers looking for a starch-based chew instead of a traditional gummy set with animal gelatin. The texture is firm enough to hold its shape in a pick-and-mix bag, yet tender enough to enjoy one after another. Watermelon gives the candy a sweet, juicy fruit note rather than a sharp citrus sour. Citric acid and malic acid build the pucker. Natural flavouring carries the melon taste. Coloring food from sweet potato and carrot concentrate gives the ovals their warm colour. Made in the Swedish candy tradition that made sour ovals a pick-and-mix staple. The S-shape oval is easy to grab, share and mix with other Swedish sweets. Pack a bag for movie night, party trays, office jars, lunchbox treats or a small sweet after dinner. Free of high fructose corn syrup. Free of GMOs. Free of trans fats. The recipe uses glucose syrup, sugar, corn starch and wheat starch, plus acidity regulators sodium malates and sodium citrates. Ingredients: Glucose syrup, sugar, corn starch, acids: citric acid, malic acid, acidity regulators: sodium malates, sodium citrates, natural flavouring, coloring food: concentrate of sweet potato and carrot. Wheat starch. Allergies: Wheat, milk and sulfites are present in the factory. This product was manufactured in a facility where peanuts, tree nuts (almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, pecans), soy, wheat and milk are used in the production of other products. This candy is gelatin free. It is not gluten free. Wheat starch is in the recipe, and the factory also handles wheat. People with celiac disease or a wheat allergy should be aware of possible cross contact from shared tools in production and in store handling. Store cool and dry. Keep the bag sealed so the sour coating and chew stay fresh. Best enjoyed as a small handful rather than left open in warm, humid air. Sour S-Ovals Watermelon is a simple, punchy Swedish candy for anyone who likes sour first and melon second. Gelatin free. Juicy. Sharply sour. Easy to share.
