- AGE: 12+ - LENGTH: 1 Hour - BRIEF: Vaults, Flips, Jumps, and Rolls: Build physical skills in a free and fun environment, starting with a crash course in parkour and acrobatics, and learning the exciting art of movement freedom!SUPERHERO SHOW!
- AGE: All Ages! - LENGTH: 30 Minutes - BRIEF: Full of Comedy, Tricks, and Flips – watch in awe as our adult Superhero Trainer’s demonstrate their incredible superhero skills right in front of your eyes! Includes our Interactive Acrobatic Show, where we do flips and tricks over the top of willing volunteers!
