Workplace Injury

The workers’ compensation system in WA is a “no-fault” system, which means that, except in very limited circumstances, compensation is payable regardless of whether the injury was the result of your fault or the fault of somebody else. Whilst each employer has a duty to implement, so far as is reasonably practicable, a safe system of work, each employee must take reasonable care for their health and safety when on the clock.
